At goop, I wrote copy for all social channels, owned community management, and worked with the team to dream up new content ideas. My days included anything from answering clean beauty Q’s from customers, to strategizing a new campaign launch, to posting Taylor Swift memes before they weren’t funny anymore.
Madewell
At Madewell, I wrote and edited copy for social, email, site, blog, SMS, promotions…nearly everything. I interviewed talent and reviewed books for our blog, brainstormed ideas to make our social followers smile, and somehow found fresh ways to talk about jeans six years over.
Clare
As a one-woman copy team (aka Editorial Manager) at Clare, a small, DTC paint startup, I wrote, edited, and assigned out to freelancers all copy across all channels. Some highlights: Naming and writing descriptions for several paint colors, learning more about SEO keyword research for blog posts, assisting with a site-wide revamp (which included a full copy refresh), and strengthening the brand’s style guide.
